Stories to Treasure

For many years I have dedicated my time creating meaningful ways to learn and

connect with loved ones.

About

Sheila Rutter

She is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who grew up on a horse farm in a small town in Michigan, where hard work and wide-open skies shaped her roots. Her life's journey has been filled with love, resilience, and family--marrying young, raising three beautiful children, facing the heartbreak of widowhood, and later finding joy again through remarriage, welcoming five wonderful stepchildren into her heart. Today, she treasures her role as 'Grandma' to six amazing grandchildren. For many years, she has shared her love for life and people through poetry and short stories, capturing moments, memories, and the lessons they bring.

Reviews

“While some might consider simple manners old-fashioned, this story proves otherwise: kindness and courtesy are timeless traits worth celebrating. The illustrations are cute and colorful, drawing the reader's eyes into the story as it unfolds. I thought it was so cute that I bought each family a copy.”

“It's a great way to help teach your kid proper manners while also being a fun and cute story that they'll love! I love how you have all kinds of animals from all over the world throughout the book and each one has their own personality! Perfect for all ages! My 3 year old loves it!”

“Really loved this for my mom to fill and a forever keepsake in our family. Tons of questions! Really had grandma think! Definitely recommend!”

“Got this for my mom for Christmas to fill out with my son, not only did she love it, the whole family thought it was great and we decided every family gathering we’d get together and fill it out a little more at a time.”
